Engagement

How government clients engage us.

The procurement and engagement model most often used by this audience. Custom arrangements available on request.

Multiple procurement paths: standing offer for agencies with pre-qualified vendor lists, professional services contract for one-off matters, supply-arrangement vehicles (PWGSC ProServices, BC SaaS Catalogue, equivalent provincial vehicles) where applicable. We carry the standard public-sector documentation (security questionnaire, ISED export-controls compliance, COI, certifications) ready to file. Reliability-cleared examiners available; Secret-cleared on engagement-specific basis.

Government engagement FAQ

Questions specific to this audience.

Are your examiners security-cleared?

Reliability Status examiners available for most engagements. Secret clearance on engagement-specific basis where required and where the matter justifies the clearance-process lead time. We handle the clearance application process under PWGSC's Contract Security Program; budget 8-16 weeks for new Secret clearances if not already in place.

Are you a registered Government of Canada supplier?

Yes — registered with PWGSC, including supplier number, GST/HST registration and procurement-vehicle eligibility. Available on ProServices and several specialized supply-arrangement vehicles. Provincial registrations: BC, ON, AB, QC. Municipal vendor lists in major Canadian cities.

Do you handle classified information?

Up to Protected B under our standard infrastructure. Secret / Top Secret matters require engagement-specific facilities and cleared personnel, which we can arrange when the matter justifies it (usually 4-8 week lead time).

Is your methodology aligned with federal standards?

Yes — CSE-aligned incident-response procedure, RCMP-compatible chain-of-custody documentation. Our reporting format meets Crown disclosure standards and has been independently validated by police-lab counterparts.

Can you assist with Stinchcombe disclosure preparation?

Yes. We help Crown counsel ensure full forensic-evidence disclosure under R. v. Stinchcombe: identifying all forensic artifacts associated with the matter, organizing them for production and preparing technical descriptions counsel can include in disclosure packages.

How do FOI / ATIP requests affect forensic engagements?

We structure engagements to support agency FOI / ATIP obligations. Forensic reports are produced in formats suitable for FOI release with technical-detail redaction guidance. Chain-of-custody and methodology documentation is preserved for retrieval if a future request triggers production.
